Places come from OpenStreetMap tags for viewpoints, waterfalls, lighthouses, observation towers, natural arches and geysers. A description, the way a view faces, a fee, hours, or access is shown only when someone published that tag. Google photos opens that place on Google Maps, where Google shows its photos of the spot. The picture on a card is a Wikimedia Commons or Wikipedia photo published for that place. Otherwise it is an aerial view of the spot. A Photo or Photos link is a Commons file or category published for that place. This is not a list of the best photograph. Check that you can walk in before you go.
